Agartala Dec 19: Sepahijala district BJP party office was inaugurated by Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Monday.Besides, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma, State BJP President Rajib Bhattacharjee, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Dipak Majumdar, State BJP General Secretary Tinku Roy, and other local BJP leaders were present on the occasion.
Yuva Morcha President Nabadal Banik, District BJP President Gauranga Bhowmik, Sepahijala District President Supriya Das Dutta, also remained present.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that from this BJP district office, all party activities under the Sepahijala district will be managed. He said, “After Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mammoth rally in Astabal ground, the opposition is framing stories and trying to spread several rumors as they are afraid of the Bharatiya Janata Party”.
The chief minister further said, “The BJP government will be re- established in the state after winning all the seats of sixty assembly constituencies in the 2023 assembly elections”. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha along with state president Rajib Bhattacharya discussed various ways to move the BJP forward in the run to the assembly polls.
