CM inaugurates ‘Prati Ghore Sushasan’ mela and beneficiary conference at Bishramganj

Agartala, November 21, 2022: The district-level ‘Prati Ghore Sushasan’ campaign fair and beneficiary conference of Sepahijala district has been organized at Bishramganj mini-stadium on Monday at 11 AM.

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha inaugurated the programme in presence of Cooperative minister Ram Prasad Paul, Golaghati MLA Birendra Kishore Debbarma, MLA Subhash Chandra Das, social workers Gouranga Bhowmik and Debabrata Bhattacharjee were also present. Sepahijala district Parishad Sabhadipati Supriya Das Datta presided over the programme.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Chief Minister Dr Saha said “Every people of the state has chosen us with love and given opportunities, so the state government is trying hard to fulfill every need of every people of the state. The people of the state have the right to demand their various demands. The present government has given people their rights. The government is aware of people’s needs and rights.”

“The government is determined to provide various services and assistance to 100 percent people of the state through constructive programs and works. It is for this purpose that the good governance program has been undertaken in every house on the occasion of the present Prime Minister’s birthday and it will continue till the month of December”, he added.

Claiming that works are going on with developmental outlook, Dr Saha said “The goal of the current government is transparency and honesty in work. In every block, block, district, district, year after year, various financial corruptions have occurred in government work during the previous government’s tenure. At present, there has been no government financial corruption in the rice year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to run the government based on honesty, integrity and transparency.”

The Chief Minister also said that one of the goals of the current government is to make mothers and sisters self-reliant and the government has achieved transparency in that work. In 2017-18, where the number of self-help group women was 39,834, in the four years of the current government, 3,45,000 women came out in 2022-23. It can be said that there has been a renaissance in the self-reliant amongst people. In case of any assistance, the government doesn’t see any political colour.
