After the inauguration of the two health centers on this day, the second phase i.e. the discussion program started at the Boxaagar Samar Memorial Auditorium ground in the presence of hundreds of people from the area.  Dr. Radha Debvarma, Director of State Health Department, delivered the welcome address in that discussion. Later Chief Guest and Inaugurator Chief Minister Manik Saha said “

Regarding the discussion on this day, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that he himself is a doctor. So he knows the different working methods of doctors very well. Usually, when patients come to the medical center, the doctors do not pay much attention to them and immediately refer them to hospitals like GBP, IGM, Hanpania etc. in the capital city. They think that the responsibility is over once they are referred. The mentality of giving good treatment to sick patients is much less noticeable or many don’t want to take that trouble again. He urged the doctors to come out of such attitude.

In this programme, Principal of the school, Sadananda Debbarma, was conferred with a special award by the Chief Minister for 100% vaccination of the students in Class XII School, Boxanagar.
