CM mourns sudden demise of Kabita  Behenji, pays last respect

Agartala, September 22: Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Friday has expressed his condolences on the sudden demise of Kabita Behenji, the in-charge of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya’s Tripura and Bangladesh Branch.

Upon receiving the news of Kabita Behenji’s sudden demise on Friday, Dr Saha has visited the Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya office in Banmalipur, Agartala, to pay his last respects.

Later, the Chief Minister stated, “The sudden demise of Kabita Behenji has caused an irreparable loss. She had been dedicatedly serving the people of the state for a long time. Naturally, I am deeply saddened by her sudden demise. I pray to God for the eternal peace of her departed soul,” said Dr. Saha.

Additionally, Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Deepak Majumdar also expressed profound grief and offered his condolences on the passing of Kabita Behenji.

It is worth noting that Kabita Behenji, the in-charge of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya Tripura and Bangladesh branch, passed away due to a physical illness in a private hospital in Agartala on Friday morning.

Subsequently, her body was taken to Banmalipur and Araliya centers, where her followers paid their last respects. Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya has been engaged in service work in the state for many years.
