Agartala, September 20, 2022: The Chief Medical Officer of West Tripura district Dr Debasish Das on Tuesday inaugurated a COVID-19 Vaccination IC Van at the premises of CMO here.
This campaign vehicle will move around various areas of Agartala city from today till September 30 next and will disseminate various information related to COVID-19 vaccination among the common people. At the same time there will be a Mobile Vaccination Team who will be in full charge of COVID vaccination.
In other words, if the common people are interested in taking the COVID-19 vaccine from the campaign vehicle, then they can immediately stand in front of the campaign vehicle and take the COVID vaccine immediately through our COVID-19 Vaccination mobile team. This COVID-19 Vaccination IC van and mobile vaccination team from 4 PM to 9 PM every day. The CMO of West Tripura district Dr Das was accompanied by District Family Welfare Officer Dr Ishita Guha and other health workers of the Chief Health Officer office present.
Through this initiative, information about covid vaccination will be easily reached among the common people and those who have not yet taken the covid vaccine will be able to take the vaccine easily, said Chief Health Officer West Tripura District Dr Debashish Das expressing his hope. He appealed to the common people to build a COVID-free Tripura.
