CPI GS D Raja calls all secular democratic left forces to unite in defeating BJP

Agartala, November 06. CPI national general secretary D Raja on Sunday urged all the secular Left democratic non-BJP forces to unite in defeating the BJP from Tripura in the coming days.

Speaking to media personnel at Junu Das Bhavan, CPI state council office here, CPI general secretary D Raja discussed in detail about the recently held 24th Party Congress of the party. He said that people of all good minds from all sections, secular left democratic forces should unite against the dire situation of the entire country under BJP rule. He also urged all the secular left democratic non-BJP forces to unite to defeat the BJP in Tripura state also in the coming days.

CPI state secretary Yudhisthir Das first criticized the law and order situation in the state, continuous rape of women and the anti-people activities of the BJP government in the state.In the press conference, CPI state secretariat member Milan Baidya and CPI leader Tulsi Das Kapali were also present.It is worthy to mention that on the occasion of ‘November Revolution Day’, a grand procession will be held from CPI state office Junu Das Bhavan at 11:30 AM on Monday and followed by a public rally at Paradise Chowmuhani at 1 PM. CPI general secretary D Raja will address the rally as the main speaker and party’s state leaders will also address.
