Agartala, 11th May 2025: The Communist Party of India (CPI) held its 11th headquarters divisional conference today at the party’s state office i.e. Junu Das Bhavan in Krishnanagar here. CPI state secretary Milan Baidya chaired the conference along with several party leaders.
During the conference, Milan Baidya announced that the CPI party congress is scheduled to take place in Chandigarh, Punjab, from September 21 to 25. Leading up to this, the 23rd Tripura state conference of the party will be held on July 13 and 14.
As part of preparations for the state conference, various regional and sub-division conferences are being organized across the state. The headquarters divisional conference on Sunday was one such event in this series.
Party leaders emphasized the importance of these meetings in shaping the discourse for the upcoming congress, underlining the significance of grassroots-level discussions in the party’s agenda.
