Agartala, 15th November 2023:  In a shocking turn of events, a decomposed body of one person identified as Shubojit Debnath, a painter by profession hailing from Bishalgarh, was discovered in dense forest area under Saha Para of Nagichhara today. The police were alerted by locals who stumbled upon the gruesome scene, leading to a swift response from law enforcement. Upon reaching the site, authorities were met with a disturbing sight – Shubojit’s body, severely decomposed and unrecognizable, had been discarded in the forest. The police promptly secured the area and transported the remains to the morgue for a thorough post-mortem examination, aiming to shed light on the circumstances surrounding his untimely demise.

Identification proved to be a challenging task due to the extent of the damage to Shubojit’s appearance. However, a stroke of luck came in the form of a recovered xerox copy of his Aadhaar card. With this crucial piece of evidence, the police were able to confirm the deceased’s identity as Shubojit Debnath.

In the vicinity of the crime scene, police uncovered water bottles and syringes, adding an element of perplexity to an already enigmatic case. Shubojit’s wife disclosed that he had been working as a craftsman and had not returned home for the past few days, heightening suspicions of foul play.

Local speculation is rife with rumors suggesting that Shubojit’s death may not have been a natural occurrence. In response to the mounting uncertainties, the police have officially initiated an inquiry into what is now being classified as an unusual death.
