Dharmanagar North Point Class XII School celebrates “Yuva Diwas”, annual prize distribution ceremony held

Agartala, January 12, 2023: The students and teachers of Dharmanagar North Point Class XII School celebrated this “Yuva Diwas” with a colourful program in the school premises on Thursday. The annual prize distribution ceremony for the academic year 2021-22 was held at the school.

The program was inaugurated by the school trust secretary Debamoy Bhattacharjee, vice-president Debabrata Chakraborty, school principal Shashanka Shekhar Das, academic counsellor Dipankar Gupta, West Chandrapur Gaon Panchayat Pradhan Jharna Sutradhar and others.

The students offered garlands to the Vivekananda’s portrait. After that, the students of the school performed the opening song. One by one, various programs were performed by the students of the school. The students were awarded who secured first, second and third positions in the school in the academic year 2021-22 and promoted to the next class and to the students who stood first in the class in English and Mathematics and attended the most classes in terms of school attendance.

They were awarded with books containing various biographies and ideals of Vivekananda and momentos with photographs of Swami Vivekananda.

All the teachers, students and parents of the school were present on the occasion. Swami Vivekananda’s birthday celebration and annual award ceremony concluded with the opening ceremony.
