Agartala, 31st March 2026: Dr. Milind Dharmrao Ramteke, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Tripura, conducted an extensive visit today to several educational institutions and hostels in Dhalai District. The inspection aimed to review the functioning of schools, assess infrastructure and facilities, and monitor the implementation of ongoing schemes and programs.
During the visit, Dr. Ramteke inspected Gandacherra English Medium S.B. School, 60 Card AWC, Dhalajari S.B. School, Tuichakma Col. S.B. School, Khumpui Academy S.B. School, and the Satirung Reang Residential S.T. Girls Hostel.
The review was carried out in the presence of the District Magistrate & Collector, Dhalai District, along with the District Education Officer (DEO), DISE, Block Development Officer (BDO) Raisyabari, and officials from the Education Department.
The Secretary emphasized the importance of strengthening educational infrastructure, ensuring proper facilities for students, and effective execution of government schemes. His visit reflects the administration’s commitment to improving the quality of education and supporting inclusive development in the district.
