Agartala, July 26, 2022: In addition to the activities of various social organizations in Dharmanagar, a clean-up campaign was held in the Kali Dighi Par area of Dharmanagar by the initiative of Eklavya Cultural and Social Organization on Tuesday at 8 AM.
In total, 20 members of the organization participated in this clean-up drive. After the clean-up drive, the president of the organization, Joydip Nath, said that this great initiative of the organization is in view of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahatsav’.
At the same time, 50 trees will be planted in different places of the city on the initiative of Eklavya Sansthan on July 29 next and on the same day, some dustbins will be handed over to the District Magistrate of Dharmanagar to be used in different places of Dharmanagar city, he added. Jishu Debnath, secretary of the organization, said that more programs will be taken up.
