Agartala, 11th July 2026: Esrai Para and Patnipara villages under Barkathal, Hezamara RD Block in Mohanpur subdivision witnessed a high-level visit following recent floods. Minister of State Brishaketu Debbarma, former CEM Shri Rabindra Debbarma, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Mohanpur, the Executive Engineer of PWD (R&B), and other officials inspected the affected areas.
The team assessed the extent of damage, reviewed ongoing relief and rehabilitation measures, and interacted with families to understand their immediate needs. Directions were issued to departments for timely relief distribution, restoration of essential services, and continuous monitoring of the situation.
The district administration reaffirmed its commitment to extend all possible support and safeguard the welfare of every affected family.
