Frontline workers and officials felicitated for ‘Sampoornata Abhiyan’ achievements at Ambassa

Agartala, 29th July 2025:   In a resounding tribute to dedication and grassroots service, a total of 5,750 frontline workers and 26 government officials were felicitated today at the ‘Sampoornata Abhiyan’ Felicitation Ceremony held at Ambassa Town Hall.

Between July and September 2024, targeted efforts were undertaken in Dhalai, an Aspirational District and Ganganagar, an Aspirational Block focusing on six key development indicators aimed at enhancing access to services for local residents.

The felicitated individuals played vital roles in the successful implementation of this campaign, ensuring that development interventions reached those in need.

The ceremony was graced by Tribal Welfare Minister Bikash Debbarma, Dhalai Zilla Parishad Sabhadipati Susmita Das, MLA Shambhulal Chakma, MDC Bhumika Nanda Reang, BSC Chairman Parimal Debbarma, Additional Secretary of Rural Development Kuntal Das and District Magistrate Vivek H.B., among other dignitaries. A presentation outlining the strategic execution of the campaign was also showcased during the event.

In parallel, the Ambassa Town Hall premises witnessed the inauguration of the ‘Akanksha Haat’, a five-day exhibition featuring 12 stalls. Products made by TRLM’s women self-help groups were displayed alongside offerings from various government departments, promoting local entrepreneurship and departmental outreach.
