Agartala: July 20. For a long time, several shops had sprung up occupying government land on the entrance of Dharmanagar District Hospital. Especially on the right side, a left workers using his power has opened shops forcefully occupying land.

The politically savvy shopkeepers thought no one could afford to reclaim these government spaces and evict them from the government space. Bolstered by power and economy, they thought that law and order in the country would be managed under their fingertips. But today the joint initiative of the sub-divisional administration and the PWD department restored the government premises by demolishing the shops who occupied the government land.  It is proved again that the government can provide a transparent and impartial administration if it wants. The common people of Dharmanagar have thanked the sub-divisional administration for such work regardless of the influence of any leader.
