Agartala, 26th October 2024: Two children were seriously injured in a high decibel firecracker explosion in Champaknagar Subhamani Para causing intense panic in the area.
The injured children are Ayush Debbarma and Kushal Debbarma, were reportedly playing at a neighbor’s house when the incident occurred. Family members, alerted by the children’s screams, rushed to the scene. “We immediately rescued them and took them to Champaknagar Hospital,” said a relative.
Due to the severity of their injuries, the doctors at Champaknagar Hospital referred the children to GB Hospital for further treatment. “Both children are in critical condition,” confirmed a hospital staff.
