Agartala, 17th March 2025: The ICFAI University Tripura organized a 3-day Management Development Program on ‘Organizational Excellence’ started from today. Prof. (Dr) Shekhar Chaudhuri, the Emeritus Professor of the University and Former Director of IIM Kolkata cum and Former Professor of IIM Ahmedabad graced the program as Key Resource Speaker of the program.
In the inauguration ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. (Dr.) Biplab Halder was also graced along with Dr. Sujit Deb, Dean and Dr. Prasenjit Dasgupta, Professor ofFaculty of Management and Commerce. Various Managers and Executives from different organizations like Manpower Planning and Administration department, Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission, Annada Spices Industry of Longtharai Group and the Managers from the ICFAI University, Tripura actively took part in the Management Development Program.
The program was exclusively designed for addressing the various organizational needs and focuses on the wholesome development in acquiring excellence.
Prof. (Dr.) Shekhar Chaudhuri emphasized the crucial role of the leaders to drive the organization in Excellence. He interacted and presented a detail road map and possible ways through his technical sessions to transform any organization to become an Excellence position.
Other resource speakers were Dr. Dhananjay Datta, Dean Research and Professor Soumen Sanyal, Adjunct Professor of the University. The whole program was coordinated by Prof. (Dr.) Prasanjit Dasgupta.
