In last 5 years agriculture department have worked tremendously: Ratan Lal Nath

Agartala: March 16. Newly inducted Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Ratan Lal Nath today claimed that the department has tremendously worked for the welfare of farmers in the last 5 years.

Nath who was education, law and minority minister was inducted in the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare as its minister.

After coming out from oath taking ceremony, Minister Nath said that he is holding meeting with the officials of Agriculture department and trying to understand about the department in detailed.

“I am holding meeting with the officials of Agriculture department and trying to understand about the department in detailed. Our government has worked very much for the benefit of the people. We will share the details what our agriculture department has worked in the last 5 years. Even nobody can image that the department has worked tirelessly for the welfare of farmers”, said Nath.

He claimed that a massive development took place in the agriculture sector and for the economy growth of the farmers as well as to increase the production.

“Soon we will call a press conference and will let everyone know what our government has done in the last 5 years and will also tell you about the future planning. Our main aim is to make the Tripura best state of the country”, Nath added.
