Initiation programme of BTVM to welcome tiny-tots

Agartala, April 29, 2023:  Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamndir, Agartala Kendra organized a gala programme to welcome the tiny tots of all its wings into the pristine world of knowledge with an initiation programme on Saturday.

The ceremony commenced by invoking God’s blessings followed by welcome address by Swapna Shome, Principal of the Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir. In her speech, she highlighted the role of parents and teachers contribution and responsibility in shaping child’s personality and focussed on developing the children’s social, emotional and cognitive skills.

The chief guest Debashis Chakraborty, Retd (IFS), Chairman of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Agartala Kendra. The special guests Nibha Debbarma, Retd. Headmistress of Shishu Bihar School and Sudipta Shekhar Mishra, a renowned vocal artist graced the occasion by their esteem presence and blessed the children with their motivational words.

Pompi Majumder, Headmistress of the Bhavan’s Tripura Vidyamandir inspired the students to be confident and to develop a love of knowledge in her words of blessings.

A short cultural program was held to showcase the creativity and enthusiasm of the children. Sutapa Mitra, co-ordinator of primary section, delivered vote of thanks as an act of gratitude for the successful completion of the programme.

The programme ended up with a happy note with the co-operation of parents, teachers and staffs.
