Agartala: March 31. Former Minister and Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman on Friday slammed BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath for watching obscene videos inside Assembly and said that he has destroyed the sacredness of the house and tarnished the name of state.

Roy Barman said he could not attend the assembly session due to his daughter’s illness, but still he was keeping an eye on the assembly session.

“At the beginning of the assembly session, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said to protect dignity in the assembly. And so that growth can be done. But no one ever dreamed that such a dirty scandalous chapter would be written in the recently concluded assembly. But it is surprising to think that even after this incident, even after so long, the unbalanced brain legislator has no sense of morality. These incidents are happening in other states of the country by MLAs of the same party. They are ruining the sanctity of the assembly. This incident has humiliated and tarnished the images and names of all the MLAs and Chief Minister too”, he said.

He also lashed at the Jadab Lal Nath for not paying attention to discussion and was engrossed in this obscene video.

“And so far it has not been seen to draw attention to morality by resigning. What is most shameful and disappointing is that no action has been taken so far from the Assembly Secretary on the instructions of the Chief Minister. Therefore, demands are being made to Jadab Lal Nath to resign immediately. He has shamed every MLAs and destroyed the sacredness of the Assembly He was expelled for corruption of millions of rupees in panchayat work during the Left government. So the malpractice of this MLA is again made clear. So the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly will decide in the coming days whether to continue the session with mentally deranged people”, he added.
