A total of 16 government stalls were set up at the venue, where officials from various departments interacted with the public and provided necessary guidance regarding available schemes and services. Departments under the Karbook Block, including Fisheries, Forest, Agriculture, Health, and others, actively participated in the camp.

Through the stalls, people were informed about government schemes, subsidies, financial assistance programs, agricultural development initiatives, fish farming opportunities, forest conservation measures, and social welfare schemes. Several beneficiaries also received direct benefits and assistance from different government departments during the event.

The programme was attended by several dignitaries, including Sujoy Uchoi, Sanjay Manik Tripura, Pradip Debbarma, Subrajit Paul, Asim Kumar Tripura, and Pranab Tripura. Officials from various departments, public representatives, and other distinguished guests were also present.
