Agartala, October 17, 2022: A series of questions have arisen as to how much the state government’s door-to-door good governance scheme will actually benefit. On October 17 and 18, a two-day “Proti Ghore Sushasan” camp was held in every school ground premises except Haflong in Jubarajnagar RD block area of Dharmanagar subdivision.

On the first day i.e. October 17, those who came from various villages for PRTC, OBC, Aadhaar card and land related documents faced utter chaos. Long queue since morning but no internet. The Jubarajnagar RD Block officials organized this camp without providing internet so the crowd in the above four categories was very angry with the government employees.

It is almost impossible to make these links on the common internet so rather than blaming the government employees the host Jubarajnagar block officer bears a lot of incompetence.District Magistrate L Darlong was nowhere to be found.  Naturally, a chaos was created between the hopeful common people from various villages and the government employees who were leaving from the sub-divisional office. On top of that, the local leaders have started to question why such a camp was organized without proper management. People come here and face problems due to lack of work.
