Kalyani Dey Foundation conducts mega Health Camp at Apna Ghar old age home

Agartala, 20th March 2024:   In a commendable act of community service, the Kalyani Dey Foundation, in collaboration with ILS Hospital, successfully conducted a health camp at Apna Ghar Old Age Home on Wednesday. The event was graced by the presence of Abhishek Dey, the Director of Syandan Newspaper and Syandan TV.

The foundation, which embarked on its philanthropic journey in 2020, has been actively involved in various social initiatives over the past four years. Amidst the challenging times of the Corona epidemic, the foundation played a pivotal role by distributing masks to police personnel and journalists, demonstrating their commitment to societal well-being.

The health camp is one of the many initiatives undertaken by the foundation to fulfill its core mission of standing alongside the community. The officers of the Kalyani Dey Foundation have been diligently executing their duties through diverse programs aimed at social upliftment.

Reflecting on the foundation’s impactful journey, Abhishek Dey highlighted the significance of such health camps, which have previously been organized at the old age bus. He emphasized the foundation’s primary goal of being a steadfast support to the people.

The Kalyani Dey Foundation has been a beacon of hope, especially during the Corona crisis, where the officials’ efforts significantly contributed to public welfare. Moreover, the foundation’s tradition of distributing clothes to the impoverished during the festive season of Durga Puja has brought joy to many.

The health services provided on this day were a boon to the elderly residents of Apna Ghar, who greatly benefited from the comprehensive care offered.
