Agartala, 20th March 2024:   In a desperate plea for justice, the family of Sahadeb Das, a respected science teacher from the Bhairab Nagar area, has approached the High Court seeking intervention in the baffling case of his disappearance. Sahadev, a dedicated educator at Tulamura Taidhum SB School, vanished without a trace 20 days back, last seen at the Barpathari Motor Stand on his way home.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with the elder brother, Bimal Das, leading a relentless search that has, so far, yielded no results. The family’s anguish turned to action as they filed a missing person’s report at the PR Bari Police Station, amidst swirling allegations of foul play involving Sahadev’s own family members.

The plot thickens with accusations leveled against Kaberi Das, Sahadev’s wife of nine months, and her alleged paramour, Satyanarayan Debnath. The family claims that the marital bliss was short-lived, marred by a violent altercation that saw Sahadev forcibly ingested a household cleaner harpic, leading to a critical hospitalization.

Despite a harrowing brush with death and a subsequent recovery in Chennai, Sahadev’s return to normalcy was cut short. His sudden disappearance has raised more questions than answers, with the family alleging a sinister plot woven by those closest to him.
