Agartala, December 23: In a bid to cater to the growing demand and convenience of passengers, the Northeast Frontier (N. F.) Railway has announced the continuation of three pairs of trains destined for Kolkata. The decision ensures that these trains will operate until March 27, 2024, maintaining their existing schedules, stoppages, and compositions for an additional 13 trips in both directions.
One of the key services highlighted is the Train No. 02502, a special service from Agartala to Kolkata, which will run every Wednesday until March 27, 2024. Conversely, the return journey, Train No. 02501 (Kolkata to Agartala) Special, is scheduled every Sunday until March 31, 2024, maintaining its current timings and stoppages.
Another crucial route covered is the Train No. 05639 (Silchar to Kolkata) Special, operating every Thursday until March 28, 2024. The return journey, Train No. 05640 (Kolkata to Silchar) Special, is set for every Friday until March 29, 2024, in accordance with the existing schedule.
Additionally, the Train No. 02518 (Guwahati to Kolkata) Special will run every Saturday until March 30, 2024. In the return direction, Train No. 02517 (Kolkata to Guwahati) Special is scheduled every Thursday until March 28, 2024, adhering to the established timings and stoppages.

Furthermore, N.F. Railway is disseminating this information through various newspapers and social media platforms, urging passengers to verify the details before embarking on their journeys.
