Lecture on “Notheast towards Swavlamban” held at Techno India College of Engineering, Agartala

Agartala, 15th March 2024 :    The first distinguished lecture under “Northeast towards Swavlamban” was held in Techno India College of Engineering, Agartala on Friday. The event was jointly organized by the Swadeshi Jagran Manch (SJM) and Techno India College of Engineering on the topic: “India’s Tchade-Chips for Swavlambi Bharat”.

Prof. Deepak Sharma, Kshetra Sanyojak, Purvottar Kshetra, Swadeshi Jagran Manch delivered his motivational lecture as keynote speaker in front of the students of the Institute. He said that the setup of a Semiconductor manufacturing unit in Assam will change the economic and industrial scenario in entire Northeastern states of Bharat. He further added that the youth are the key factor for boosting of Indian economy by starting more and more startups and MSME in the vicinity.

He appealed to the students to become a job provider rather a job seeker.  Only manufacturing and production of Swadeshi products will make India the third largest economy in the world. Prof. Sharma said that Swavlambi Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) has the target to motivate 37 crore youths of the country to become entrepreneur.

The Vice-Chancellor of Techno India University, Prof.RatanSaha also motivated the students to become strong in their chosen field and think out of the box to convert the nation into a developed country. He also motivated the students to become a good human being and serve the society by creating employment. Principal of Techno India College of Engineering, Prof. Dibakar Deb and other dignitaries were present during the programme.

More than two hundred students were benefited with the motivational lecture. Dr. Dharmendra Dubey also delivered his special lecture on the theme.
