Agartala, May 06, 2023: The guardians and parents of students pursuing higher education in Manipur-based educational institutions are tensed and gathered in front of TRTC ticket counter at Krishnanagar here on Saturday.

When their children will return home from the troubled state Manipur, the parents are in a panic. Crowds gather at the ticket counter to bring the child home safely. It is seen on Saturday to buy tickets standing in long queues.

A shoot at sight order has been issued in Manipur. The markets has come to a standstill. The shortage of food including drinking water is increasing. Thousands of people are under house arrest.

In this difficult situation, the parents want to bring the children who are going for medical or various professional degree courses safely back to the state. They resorted to the chief minister for help.

The state government has extended considerable assistance to bring back the students of Tripura studying in Manipur. And security personnel have been tasked with rescuing them from the hostel and bringing them to the airport. And the top administrative officials including the Chief Minister are keeping regular updates to ensure that they reach the airport properly.

But air ticket is required to bring from airport to Tripura. So they come and stand in line since morning at TRTC to buy tickets. The ticket counter informed that group tickets will be available. When will the child return home, the parents are looking for the light of hope.
