Major lapse in NEET exam at MBB College

Date:

Agartala, 3rd May 2026:   Serious allegations of mismanagement have surfaced during the All India NEET examination at Maharaja Bir Bikram College in Agartala. Reports reveal that biometric data of several candidates was not recorded at the exam center.

The issue came to light around 5:15 p.m., when invigilators and security staff suddenly realized the oversight. In a hurried attempt to rectify the situation, officials scrambled to call back candidates who had already left the premises after completing the test.

The incident has sparked widespread concern over the accountability of the exam center. Parents and candidates expressed anger, warning that such negligence in a crucial national-level examination could lead to serious consequences in the future.

Questions are now being raised about the responsibility of the authorities in ensuring proper conduct of the exam.
