‘Mera Mati Mera Desh’: Rajib Bhattacharjee initiates soil collection drive for ‘Amrit Batika

Agartala, September 12, 2023: BJP state president Rajib Bhattacharjee along with party karyakartas has given a special drive on Tuesday in collection of soil from each and every house in response to the appeal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Mera Mati Mera Desh” initiative.

Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of the collection of soil at Booth number 9 of Ward number 24 under Agartala Municipal Corporation, Bhattacharjee said “Under the leadership and guidance of PM Narendra Modi, ‘Amrit Batika’ will be constructed at New Delhi and as part of this, we are collecting soil from each and every household across the state.”

“On the part of the state government, steps have been initiated in collection of soil and we have started from the end of the party. Accordingly, the soil will be transported to New Delhi on the date when the government is sending”, he added.

Bhattacharjee also said that all the state leaders of the party along with the MLAs have initiated this step intensively to make this programme a successful one.
