Missing minor boy’s decomposed body recovered

Agartala, 16th May 2024 :  In a grim turn of events, a decomposed body of Mangaldhan Chakma (17), who had been missing for four days, was discovered hanging in the garden behind JB School, Chailengta Fishery Para. The discovery has sent shockwaves through the local community, sparking questions about the circumstances surrounding his death.

Family members recounted Mangaldhan’s sudden departure from home four days ago, where he cryptically mentioned meeting someone before vanishing. His absence prompted a frantic search by loved ones, but their efforts yielded no results. It was revealed that this wasn’t the first time Mangaldhan had left without informing anyone, having previously returned home after two days.

The discovery unfolded when residents in the vicinity detected a foul odor emanating from the rear garden of JB School this morning. Upon investigation, they were met with the harrowing sight of Mangaldhan’s lifeless body suspended from a tree. Swiftly, authorities were alerted, and law enforcement officers rushed to the scene.

Following a preliminary examination, police confirmed the identity of the deceased as Mangaldhan Chakma, based on information provided by family members. However, the nature of his death remains shrouded in uncertainty.
