MoS John Barla visited various developmental works at Boxanagar

Agartala, August 27, 2022: Union minister of state for Minority Affairs, John Barla on Saturday visited various developmental places at Boxanagar.

He was accompanied by Tripura State Haj Committee chairman Jashimuddin, BJP Sepahijala (South) district president Debabrata Bhattacharjee, Boxanagar Panchayat Samiti chairman Sanjay Sarkar, vice-chairman Russel Miah and others. Union minister of state Barla visited the Putia village under Boxanagar RD Block at 11 AM followed by inspection of newly constructed building of Senior Basic Madrassa and Boys’ Hostel at 11.30 AM.

After visiting the Boys’ hostel, while visiting the Girls’ hostel, he visited Boxanagar’s only archeological site Buddha Stupa, and was overwhelmed by its beauty because there is so much beauty in the village. He himself could not realize earlier, that so much beauty in Boxanagar has an archaeological picturesque.

Thereafter, he visited the new building of Boxanagar Community Health Center along with inspecting the work of new building of 120 market stalls at Boxanagar motor stand, girls hostel adjacent to Class 12 school at Boxanagar. Later he had a long discussion at 20-Boxanagar mandal office. And he will keep an eye on the further development of this Boxanagar health center in the coming days.
