Agartala, 13th December 2025: The Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) has sanctioned financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh for the advanced medical treatment of Suprita Bhawmik, a second-grade student and daughter of Plabon Bhawmik, a resident of Jolaibari area in South Tripura district.
Expressing his gratitude, Member of Parliament Biplab Kumar Deb thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the timely support. In a post on social media, the MP said that he had forwarded the request for financial assistance to the Prime Minister for Suprita’s treatment, and the grant was approved within a very short time.
Biplab Kumar Deb further mentioned that on earlier occasions as well, the Prime Minister has shown a compassionate approach and approved most of the requests sent for medical assistance from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund.
The MP conveyed his heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the Prime Minister and wished young Suprita a speedy recovery.
