MP Rajib attends closing ceremony of 7-day NSS special camp

Agartala, 2nd July 2025:  The week-long National Service Scheme (NSS) special camp hosted at Bani Vidyapeeth Girls’ Higher Secondary School culminated today with a vibrant closing ceremony, marked by spirited participation and a celebration of community service.

Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee graced the occasion as the chief guest and inaugurator of the valedictory function. He was joined by MLA Jitendra Majumdar, NSS programme officer Shyamal Dey and other dignitaries, who acknowledged the volunteers’ commitment to social welfare.

Commending the students for their discipline and energy, MP Bhattacharjee stated, “I feel truly honoured to be present at the closing ceremony of the 7-day NSS special camp at Bani Vidyapeeth Girls Higher Secondary School, Agartala.” He praised the efforts of the volunteers in embodying values of compassion, discipline, and service that lie at the heart of nation-building.
