Agartala, 26th June 2025: The sudden and tragic death of a local science teacher has cast a pall of grief over Saidarpar village under Fatikroy police station. The body of 52-year-old Keshav Pal, a resident of Ward No. 2 of Saidarpar Gram Panchayat and a teacher at Kanchanbari School was found near his residence in what authorities and locals suspect to be a case of suicide.
Sources close to the family reveal that Keshav had been battling chronic eye complications for several years. Despite seeking treatment from multiple specialists within and outside the state, his condition showed no significant improvement. The prolonged illness, it is believed, weighed heavily on him.
He is survived by his wife, daughter, and several relatives. Local authorities have launched an inquiry into the incident, though preliminary reports suggest no foul play.
