Agartala, July 29, 2023: The celebration of the third anniversary of the National Education Policy took place with great enthusiasm, despite school closures due to Muharram on Saturday. The State Education Department organized the event, lifting the suspension to mark the occasion of the policy’s milestone.
The program saw the participation of teachers, students, and parents, gathering virtually to observe the event.
It’s worth mentioning that the third anniversary celebration of the National Education Policy was also held in New Delhi, where the Prime Minister inaugurated the event. On the same day, the implementation of the policy’s third year was commemorated at the Umakanta School in the capital city. Adequate arrangements were made to broadcast the ceremony directly to the students of the school.
Assistant Headmaster of Umakanta School Amal Chandra Roy expressed that the celebrations for the third anniversary of the National Education Policy were successfully carried out today. The event was made accessible to the students directly at the school in Delhi.
