Agartala, April 24, 2023: Dharmanagar residents as well as press club members were encouraged by the re-joining of Bhanupada Chakraborty as District Superintendent of Police in North Tripura District Headquarters, Dharmanagar on Monday.
On the first day of joining, a reception was organized for him at the Dharmanagar Press Club. Besides, when the city was burning in flames, the pedestrians were disorientated and Dharmanagar Press Club organized a small event to give them a temporary peace.
This event was inaugurated by North District Superintendent of Police Bhanupada Chakraborty. The members of Dharmanagar Press Club distributed cold drinks to the on-duty police, traffic police, sweepers of the Municipal Council, and pedestrians who were depressed in the heat of the road.
The authorities of the press club said that the temporary peace between people is a blessing to the club’s members. They want to do this kind of human service again and again. According to the press club authorities, it gives satisfaction to the soul.
