NSS unit of Women’s College launches plastic-free initiative

Agartala, July 21, 2023: The NSS branch of Women’s College in Agartala organized an initiative on Friday with the aim of creating a plastic-free country and state. Students distributed leaflets to traders and pedestrians outside the college, urging them to abandon the use of plastic.

In the coming days, they plan to attract the attention of the state’s residents through various media, emphasizing that a plastic-free country and state would help control various diseases and pollution.

They call on everyone to focus on building a plastic-free state or country. The students expressed that this initiative was organized with precisely this goal in mind.
