Agartala: August 31. Tripura Police arrested one drug paddler and seized huge cache of drugs from Baratila area under Udaipur sub-division today.As per police the police today conducted a raid in Jabbar Ali’s residence at Rajnagar in Bartila.
He was involved in various criminal activities for 4 long years. Acting on a tip off, police personnel led by Babul Das Officer-in Charge of Radha Kishorepur Police Station conducted a raid at his home today seized brown sugar and contraband tablets.Later, a large police force including SP Gomati Shasawat Kumar, Additional SP Kanta Jahangir, SDPO Dhruv Nath went to Jabbar Ali’s house and recovered the items on Wednesday morning.Police said that drugs worth Rs 3 lakh were recovered approximately.
