Agartala, 4th March 2025 : The School of Science, the state’s as well as Northeast’s Premier institute for different Job Oriented Competitive Exams located at Shyamali Bazar, Agartala, has once again demonstrated its excellence by achieving remarkable success in the TPSC (Combined-II) Miscellaneous Posts 2025. A total of Seventy-two candidates from the institute have secured Top Ranks in various Miscellaneous Posts, marking a significant milestone in the institute’s legacy of academic success.
A total of five students from School of Science succeeded for the post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO). Among them Sagarika Das stood first from Unreserved (UR) category and Sanjana Debbarma also stood first among ST category for the above post. Juicy Debbarma secured first position among ST candidates for the post of ICDS. Pranab Das secured first position among SC candidates in Food Inspector (FI). Sumi Debbarma secured first position among ST candidates in Inspector of Small Savings (ISS).
Other notable rank holders from School of Science include Souradeep Debnath who stood Second in Inspector of Small Savings (ISS) under UR category, Rahul Sarkar stood Second in ICDS under UR category, Subharajit Das stood Second in Food Inspector under SC category, Biswajit Tripura stood Third in Inspector of Small Savings (ISS) under ST category. Tanmay Das stood Third in ICDS among SC category. Saptadipa Dey stood Fourth in CDPO among UR category and Durlabh Dauti Chakma also stood Fourth in CDPO among ST category.
The Principal of School of Science, Abhijit Bhattacharjee expressed immense pride in the achievements of the students and credited their hard work and the institute’s dedicated faculty for this success. The institute continues to offer coaching for various government exams, including Sub-Inspector of Excise, Election Inspector & Revenue Inspector, Junior Engineer (R.D), TCS/TPS Gr-II, and TPSC Combined exams.
