Agartala, September 03, 2022: Education minister Ratan Lal Nath on Saturday assured the local guardians, parents and management committee of Pandavpur High School that the school will be promoted to Class XII and students can take admission from this year itself. This announcement by the Education minister has created a lot of enthusiasm among the locals and parents of the students.
Ahead of Teachers’ Day celebration, Education minister Nath on Saturday visited Pandavpur High School under Kamalasagar assembly constituency. He interacted with the students and held a quiz competition with them. The most surprising thing is that all the students of Pandavpur School from Class I to V gave correct answers to all the questions asked by the Education Minister. Although, Nath is quite happy with the students’ answers to these questions. On that day, he lectured the students for a long time.
Meanwhile, the Education minister held discussion with the school management committee and the teachers of the school before finishing the lessons of the students and the curriculum of the school was discussed at length. He also visited every room and laboratory including mid-day meal, dining room, etc.
The management committee demanded the Education minister to convert the school into Class XII. However, after a long discussion, he directly spoke in front of the management committee and the guardians of the area that this year, students can take admission in class XI in Pandabpur High School. In view of which there has been a lot of enthusiasm among the people of the area and the parents.
Later, the Education Minister also thanked President’s Award recipient Shib Shankar Pal, the headmaster of the school, being satisfied with the infrastructure of the school and the environment of the students and the quality of education.
