Policeman dies on duty at Dharmanagar

Agartala, 5^th February 2025:  A policeman named Naveen Chandra Debbarma (48), passed away while on duty in Dharmanagar. His colleagues brought his body to the hospital today at 7 am, where doctors declared him dead.

The cause of death is yet to be determined with an autopsy pending. Initial suspicions suggest a heart attack. Debbarma was responsible for the EVM security room in the District Magistrate’s office of North Tripura district.
