After the inspection, Minister Ratan Lal Nath said that the inspection is to see how consumers and workers complain about electricity services online, how they take action and how long it takes to resolve them. “40 staffs are working 24 hours in three shifts to hear complaints at number 1912. But during storm, rain, 1000 calls come at the same time. That’s why the phone is in standby mode”, said Nath.
