Agartala, 15th May 2026: A regional-level Postal Adalat (Postal Court) will be convened on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, Agartala (PIN: 799001).
The special forum will hear and address complaints related to postal services. Citizens may submit written complaints either by ordinary post or Speed Post. Envelopes must be clearly marked with “Postal Adalat” and addressed to the Postmaster General, North East-I Region, Agartala-799001.
Complaints should include complete details, such as the sender’s full address and registration receipt number. For matters concerning savings schemes or Postal Life Insurance, the account number and full address of the depositor or policyholder must be provided.
All written complaints must reach the office by 4:30 PM on June 2, 2026. Submissions received after the deadline will be processed under standard procedures. Complaints may also be sent via email to pmgagartala[at]gmail[dot]com.
