He is set to attend the Prana Pratishtha and Kumbha Abhishekam ceremony of the Maa Chinmayi Soundarya Temple located at Fakira Mura, Mohanpur, which will be held on the auspicious occasion of Aadi Shankaracharya Jayanti.
His arrival at MBB Airport was warmly received by Amit Rakshit, President of the Chinmaya Seva Trust, along with trustees of the organization and members associated with the Chinmaya Mission International. Among those invited are Jishnu Dev Varma, Governor of Maharashtra, Indra Sena Reddy Nallu, Governor of Tripura, and Dr Manik Saha, Chief Minister of Tripura. Their participation is expected to highlight the importance of the ceremony at both spiritual and cultural levels.
The Maa Chinmayi Soundarya Temple is dedicated to Maa Tripura Sundari and stands out for its distinctive architecture. Built with 27 black stone pillars brought from Tamil Nadu, each pillar symbolizes one of the 27 Nakshatras in Hindu astrology. The temple notably features an open-roof design, representing an unrestricted spiritual connection with the divine.
At its center is a 15-foot black stone idol of Maa Tripura Sundari, accompanied by a smaller idol inspired by the revered Mata Bari temple for daily worship rituals. The complex also includes inscriptions and carvings of Devi Samundarya Leheri and other stuti texts, enhancing its devotional and artistic significance.
