Agartala, 16th November 2025: The Tripureshwari Shishu Mandir, Ramnagar successfully organized the “Sapta Shakti Sangam” at the Muktadhara auditorium in Agartala today. The event is the part of a series of 18 similar programs across the state aimed to inspire women in social development and highlight the power of feminine strength.
The program was graced by Dr. Poonam Mukherjee, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Tripura University and Executive Member of Vidyabharati Poorvottar Kshetra, who attended as the chief guest. Dr. Sabita Das, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, Kunjaban joined as the special guest. The gathering also included the Principal Acharya, other Acharyas and members of the Matri Mandali.
The event began with a welcome address outlining Vidyabharati’s vision and mission. Dr. Mukherjee delivered an inspiring talk on the seven virtues of women and their role in shaping society, which resonated deeply with the audience. Dr. Das emphasized women’s contributions to education and development in her address.
In a special segment, Meena Roy, Arpita Saha and Dr. Dipa Karmakar were honored for their exemplary embodiment of maternal strength.
The program concluded with a collective pledge recitation, symbolizing unity and commitment among all participants.
