Agartala, 7th June 2025: Furthering their commitment to ‘Veterans Se Sanjhedari’, the Spears Corps warriors provided new employment avenues by facilitating job interviews for veterans in partnership with Max Life Insurance at Agartala.
As part of this endeavour, 19 veterans and their dependents from various parts of Tripura participated in the recruitment drive. Following rounds of interviews and interactions, seven veterans were successfully recruited by Max Life Insurance Company.
The ‘Veterans Se Sanjhedari’ initiative is aimed at promoting the seamless transition of ex-servicemen into civilian careers by building industry partnerships and offering direct employment platforms. The recruitment drive provided veterans with exposure to career prospects in the insurance and financial services sector, while giving corporate recruiters access to a disciplined and experienced talent pool.
Such engagements reaffirm the Indian Army’s pledge to honour its veterans and ensure that their service to the nation continues meaningfully beyond the uniform. Indian Army remains steadfast in their resolve to support veterans and their dependents through employment- oriented initiatives.
