Srinagar Out Post holds ‘Prayaas’ to aware youths in South Tripura

Agartala, 27th May 2026:  To keep young people away from drugs and anti-social activities, Srinagar Outpost organized a community meeting called ‘Prayaas’ at Joysing Para in East Takkatulsi, South Tripura.

Local youths participated in large numbers as police officials discussed the current situation in the area, stressing the importance of peace, harmony, and social unity. They urged young people to engage in sports and constructive activities instead of falling into habits like substance abuse, gambling, or drinking.

Police also assured that sports equipment would be provided in the future to encourage youth participation. The initiative was warmly welcomed by local youngsters, who said the support boosted their confidence and motivation.

South Tripura district police confirmed that such community-focused programs will continue to promote peace and positive youth development.
