According to the protesters, the Teacher Recruitment Board, Tripura (TRBT) conducted the STGT examination in 2022, but the results have yet to be published. “It has been four years, and we are still waiting for recruitment to be completed. TRBT has already declared the results for the TET exam, yet there is no clarity on STGT,” a candidate stated, urging the authorities to act without further delay.
The protesters also highlighted concerns over age eligibility, stating that some STGT candidates will soon exceed the maximum age limit for recruitment. They urged the state government to release the results immediately and complete the hiring process to ensure deserving candidates are not unfairly disqualified due to bureaucratic delays.
