Agartala, 12th May 2024 : Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Minister, Sushanta Chowdhury, appealed to voters in Bankura of West Bengal urging them to consider ousting the Trinamool Congress to avail the various benefits provided by the BJP government.
During a meeting held on Sunday afternoon at the Sahebdanga Community Hall in the Raghunathpur Assembly Constituency under the Bankura Lok Sabha, booth presidents and Shakti Kendras organized an event to endorse the victory of BJP candidate Dr. Subhash Sarkar.
“Since our government came into power, we have increased social pensions from Rs 700 to Rs 2000. We are providing water to all through the Jal Jeevan Mission and also offering houses to all under the PM Awas Yojana. However, people are not receiving the benefits of Central government schemes due to the presence of the Trinamool Congress. We must ensure the victory of PM Modi for all kinds of benefits,” he emphasized.
The Minister continued, “I appeal to all to support the formation of the BJP government again and to oust the Trinamool Congress.”
