Agartala, 27th November 2023: Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury today chaired a review meeting on the Weekend Tourist Hub that was set up in front of the Ujjayanta Palace premises.
On Facebook, Sushanta wrote, “Presided over an important high level review meeting regarding Weekend Tourist Hub in front of State Museum Ujjayanta Palace in the capital Agartala in my office room at Secretariat today afternoon. From the officials present in the meeting, I learned about various issues including pros and cons of this Weekend Tourist Hub since its launch and looked into various other issues related to it and gave necessary instructions and suggestions for the near future”.
Today’s important review meeting was attended by, Agartala Municipal Corporation Additional Commissioner Muhammad Sajad.P, Tripura Tourism Development Corporation Limited Managing Director Tapan Kumar Das, Information and Cultural Affairs Department Director Bimbisar Bhattacharya, West District Additional District Magistrate Subhash Chandra Saha, Sadar Division District Magistrate Arup Deb, West District Superintendent of Police Kiran Kumar K, Traffic Police Superintendent Manik Das, Tripura Tourism Development Corporation Limited Joint Director Aniruddha Roy, Executive Engineer Uttam Pal and other officials.
