Agartala, 27th April 2025: The Teacher Eligibility Test (TET)-II was successfully conducted across 119 centers in the state on Sunday, with strict security measures in place to ensure smooth operations.
Chairman of the Teacher Recruitment Board, Tripura Dr. Pratyush Ranjan Deb confirmed that the examination was held simultaneously in 8 districts of Tripura accommodating a total of 35,148 registered candidates.
In adherence to guidelines, candidates were instructed to arrive at their respective centers by 10 am with entry gates closing promptly at 11 am. Those arriving after the cut-off time were barred from entering, as per official regulations.
While the examination proceeded without incident across most centers, isolated cases of late arrivals were reported. Officials upheld the rules and denied entry to candidates who missed the stipulated deadline.
Authorities lauded the overall discipline and coordination exhibited during the examination, ensuring its successful execution.
